Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Program Manager (Level L) to join our Quality Process Governance team in Renton, WA.

This position leads the BCA Stamping Compliance Project, an element of BCA's Comprehensive Product Safety and Quality Plan. The intent of this project is to perform a systemic review of stamping controls and command media and implement a targeted communications plan to foster awareness and drive enhanced compliance.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support development and execution of Comprehensive Safety and Quality Plan and SRM 2023-110
  • Communicate and Deliver CMES and Velocity changes to improve compliance to stamping processes
  • Enhance clarity and understanding of process documentation related to stamping
  • Develop and incorporate standard metrics to promote understanding of current stamping behaviors across Quality and Manufacturing First Line Leaders
  • Establish Measures of Effectiveness to demonstrate appropriate risk mitigation
  • Communicate and strategize with key leaders including VPGM's across BCA programs
  • Integrate cross-functionally to validate root cause and appropriate containment actions
  • Execute and publish enhanced training content to upskill teammates on critical stamping processes
  • Provide information to support the closure of Special Audit Item Letter of Investigation and the Deferred Prosecution Agreement as necessary


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • 5+ years of experience with program oversight & metrics reporting

Summary pay range: $179,000 - $227,700
