Your role

We're looking for a Quantitative Analytics Specialist to:
Own the entire lifecycle of model development including project scoping, data collection and cleaning, model building, testing, and implementation, and performance tracking.
Obtain data from source systems and conduct data sanity/integrity check for model development.
Develop and maintain internal quantitative software libraries.
Perform quantitative and statistical analysis on large and complex datasets to extract key insights.
Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand key business metrics and their drivers to gain the knowledge needed to successfully model behavior.
Develop quantitative models to forecast balance, yield and other business metrics to facilitate planning as well as for CCAR stress testing.
Recalibrate models periodically to incorporate latest data, redeveloping models as performance or aging triggers are tripped.
Prepare detailed model documents, governance documents and presentations for various parties.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematical Finance, Mathematics, Economics or a related field of study.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematical Finance, Mathematics, Economics or a related field of study and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience as a Financial Model Specialist, Consultant or a related occupation in lieu of Master's degree.
Position requires experience with the following:
(1) Complex data handling (panel data/time series data);
(2) Statistical and econometric modeling (logistic/linear regression, mixed model, generalized linear model, time series model, and segmentation analysis);
(3) SAS;
(4) SQL;
(5) R;
(6) Python;
(7) Machine learning;
(8) Model estimation and statistical analysis techniques (ordinary least square, maximum likelihood, Monte Carlo simulation, cluster analysis and decision tree analysis).
