The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and motivated Quantitative Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of advanced financial modeling tools and systems.
As a Quantitative Developer, you'll have the opportunity to both learn and lead by designing, developing, and optimizing quantitative models and trading algorithms. You will play a key role in creating end-to-end desktop and web-based applications, building robust computational infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support valuation, trading, risk management, and portfolio construction.

You'll have the opportunity to learn and lead:
- Design, develop, and maintain quantitative models and tools to support valuation, trading, risk management, predictive analytics, and portfolio construction -treating every detail with care and precision, as if it were your own.
- Stay curious and engaged with emerging trends in Quantitative Finance and Systematic Trading. Challenge the status quo by identifying new methods and tools to tackle complex and evolving problems.
- Build and support end-to-end desktop and web-based applications - from requirements gathering to delivering robust, high-performing solutions.
- Enhance and maintain computational and database infrastructure that powers our risk management and trading activities - ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of performance.
- Engage with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and cross-functional partners regularly - actively listening to understand arising needs and collaborating to co-create innovative solutions.
- Provide timely and effective ad-hoc analysis and computational support -demonstrating responsiveness, accountability, and commitment.
What we're looking for
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Statistics (MSc or PhD considered a strong asset).
- A solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, differential equations, and numerical methods is essential; familiarity with stochastic calculus is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, C#, and the .NET framework is required; experience with Python and web programming is an asset.
- Previous experience in financial services is helpful but not required -we value diverse backgrounds and unconventional paths.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to foster open, respectful dialogue.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
