What does a Quick Lane Service Manager do?

As the Quick Lane Service Manager at Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills, you will oversee the Quick Lane Service Department and Service Drive, playing a critical role in our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You'll be responsible for controlling costs while building a loyal clientele and maintaining strong employee relations. Your technical automotive knowledge and experience will be essential as you ensure that service concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining the highest Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating.

You'll achieve human resource objectives by recruiting and training Quick Lane/Entry Level Technicians and Advisors, while coaching and developing your team to deliver top-notch service. Additionally, you will implement sales programs, set and achieve financial objectives, and continually seek opportunities for improvement within the department.
