Job Title: Radiology Technologist
Job Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Guaranteed Hours: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the specialty
License: Relevant state license required
Certifications: BLS
Must-Have: Proficiency with Cerner system
Job Description:
- Provide a range of diagnostic imaging services for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Perform procedures including, but not limited to, C-arm procedures, lumbar punctures, routine X-rays, and fluoroscopic exams.
- Ensure high-quality imaging results while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
- Assist in conducting an average of 150 exams in a 24-hour period in a busy 24-hour department.
- Collaborate with medical and technical staff to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procedures performed.
- Adhere to established protocols and safety standards in the radiology department.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
