Salary: $43.00 per hour

Shift: Evening | Sunday Wednesday | 12:30 PM 11:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Radiologic Technologist in Philadelphia, PA to support mobile diagnostic imaging services. This full-time mid-shift role offers a competitive hourly wage of $43.00 and includes responsibilities for both performing X-rays and leading a team of technologists. You'll work closely with the Area Operations Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.

Relocation assistance and state licensure reimbursement are available after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and process mobile X-rays and EKGs; transmit images for interpretation
  • Transport and operate portable imaging equipment at patient locations
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient data and billing documentation
  • Maintain company vehicle and imaging equipment in excellent working condition
  • Deliver films to medical offices as needed
  • Supervise and schedule technologists to maintain service level standards
  • Conduct quarterly image reviews (15+ per review); provide feedback for improvement
  • Oversee cross-training of staff across modalities
  • Monitor and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles and imaging equipment
  • Perform monthly inspections on cords, attachments, DR plates, and QC programs
  • Provide on-call backup support when needed
  • Communicate any client concerns to the Area Operations Manager
  • Support administrative needs and assist with operational tasks as requested


Qualifications:
  • ARRT certification
  • State of Pennsylvania radiologic technologist license
  • 2+ years of experience as a radiologic technologist, with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team in a mobile healthcare setting
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
