Job Description:
- Work every other Saturday.
- Engage in diagnostic services within the CT department.
- Participate in block scheduling as approved.
- Complete fingerprinting in the state of Illinois at least one week prior to start for any unlicensed positions.
- Participate in up to 5 hours of non-billable module training completed during orientation, varying by specialty.
- Orientation consists of 8 hours of non-billable time.
- COVID-19 vaccination required, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons.
- Flu vaccination details unknown.
