Job Description
Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Technologist
Job Specialty: Radiologic Technologist, CT Technologist
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, call required
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 3 years
License: Must have current state licensure
Certifications: Registered ARRT, CT certification, BLS
Must-Have: Graduate of an AMA accredited course in Radiologic Technology

Job Description:
- Perform Radiology and CT exams with precision and care.
- Prepare patients for scans, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns they might have.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostic outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure.
- Be available for call coverage one night a week and every sixth weekend.
