Direct Counsel is seeking a Junior Real Estate Associate to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated attorney to work on sophisticated real estate transactions while gaining valuable experience in a highly regarded legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, joint ventures, and financing deals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other related contracts.
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Provide legal guidance on commercial real estate matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from a nationally recognized law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
• 1-4 years of experience in real estate transactions at a large or mid-sized law firm.
• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Excellent business judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
