Real Estate Associate

- Assist clients in understanding and navigating real estate laws, regulations, and contracts.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.

- Coordinate property showings and open houses.

- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other necessary documents.

- Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and listings.

Experience:

- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures is beneficial.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in using real estate administrative software and tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
