AmLaw 200 law firm with 26 offices across the United States, Ireland, and Mexico is seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience to work a hybrid schedule for its Real Estate business unit in the San Francisco office. Requirements
-Clean, active CA bar license
-2+ years of experience with real estate
-Experience with diverse, commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, loans, development, management, and leasing.
-Experience representing real estate development clients as well as experience with general corporate and transactional matters (preferred)
-Detail oriented with solid work ethic
-Strong organization, interpersonal & communication skills
Benefits
-$150,000 - $210,000k (actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
