Responsibilities
Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
Gather local community information to be able to answer any question from your client about potential homes
Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by facilitating communication through multiple touches and nurturing the relationship while they move through the sales pipeline
Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
Have local knowledge of Collin County communities to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding area - Don't worry! We will train you!
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

Qualifications
Client-focused with a heart of service desiring to go above and beyond
Texas Real Estate License
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Great communication and social skills
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Organized and manages time effectively
