Responsibilities
Diligent Lead Follow-Up: Maximize sales opportunities by diligently following up with leads
Nurture Client Relationships: Understand clients' needs to generate more sales opportunities
Expert Buyer Seller Consultations: Match clients with their dream homes through insightful consultations
Showcase Listings: Host open houses to attract prospective buyers and showcase our listings
Seamless Transaction Management: Oversee property transactions for a smooth and quick experience for all parties
Expand the Business: Leverage your expertise to attract new clients and grow our business
Local Market Expert: Possess local knowledge of the community and market conditions, ready to answer any client queries
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
