Responsibilities
What you'll actually be doing day-to-day:
Track your performance, set monthly goals, and work one-on-one with a coach to reach the goals for yourself and your business.
Meet with buyers and sellers, educate them on the process, conduct consults, and hold their hand through the deal's closing
Show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts and keep buyers calm through the inspection and appraisal process.
Prospect weekly through calls, texts, social media, and in-person outreach to grow your pipeline and follow up with buyers and sellers who aren't quite ready.
Deliver high-energy sales presentations and persuade others to choose to work with you
Be quick on your feet and solve small problems quickly, and more complex problems strategically
Pick up the phone without hesitation to call leads and follow up with prospects in an urgent manner
Qualifications
What it takes to thrive on our team:
You have a high level of natural sociability, and you are comfortable meeting new people and working with and through others
You are confident in your ability to sell your ideas, negotiate differences, and achieve consensus
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong follow-up skills and CRM habit-organized, responsive, and consistent.
Willingness to prospect and engage your sphere weekly-working to make a pipeline for your business.
A growth mindset and openness to feedback-willing to learn and adapt to improve results
Professional presence, punctuality, and a solutions-oriented approach
Comfortable working some evenings and weekends-this is when many clients need you most
Active Georgia real estate license and at least 1 year of experience (or a strong pipeline or sales experience if newer)
