Responsibilities
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct market research and provide property evaluations
Build and maintain client relationships
Negotiate transactions and ensure a smooth process for clients
Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry regulations
Learn and understand RECO and TRESSA compliance requirements
Implement KW-proven models and systems to grow your business faster

Qualifications

Requirements:
Real estate license (or process of obtaining one)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required
