Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Marketing to ensure our products and services are both commercially and operationally viable.

Job Description:
- Provide strategic leadership for parts selling execution across various industry verticals.
- Ensure alignment with leaders from Supply Chain, Service, Operations, Sales, Pricing, and Marketing.
- Manage vendor relationships and leverage data insights for proactive solutions.
- Develop and deploy holistic go-to-market strategies within industry verticals.
- Ensure the product portfolio delivers against revenue and profit targets.
- Act as a technical and commercial expert for product groups and industry segments.
- Lead a team of support specialists or product line consultants.
- Activate customized solutions to enhance Finning's competitive advantages.
- Collaborate across multiple lines of business to meet customer expectations.
- Assist in generating and prospecting opportunities across the territory.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience with demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Undergraduate Commerce degree; MBA or equivalent post-graduate designations.
- Proven results in marketing or sales operations.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (high EQ).
- Technical product or application experience is considered an asset.
