Position Overview:
Are you ready to lead and innovate in the world of product strategy?

As a Rebuilds Manager at Finning, you'll own industry-leading go-to-market strategies within major industry verticals such as Construction Industries, Resources Industries, as well as Energy and Transportation. Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Marketing to ensure our products and services are both commercially and operationally viable.

Drive top-line revenue growth, increase market share, and meet profitability targets while providing strategic support to the sales execution team and liaising with the Caterpillar CI team.

Job Description:
  • Provide strategic leadership for parts selling execution across various industry verticals.
  • Ensure alignment with leaders from Supply Chain, Service, Operations, Sales, Pricing, and Marketing.
  • Manage vendor relationships and leverage data insights for proactive solutions.
  • Develop and deploy holistic go-to-market strategies within industry verticals.
  • Ensure the product portfolio delivers against revenue and profit targets.
  • Act as a technical and commercial expert for product groups and industry segments.
  • Lead a team of support specialists or product line consultants.
  • Activate customized solutions to enhance Finning's competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate across multiple lines of business to meet customer expectations.
  • Assist in generating and prospecting opportunities across the territory.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of industry experience with demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Undergraduate Commerce degree; MBA or equivalent post-graduate designations.
  • Proven results in marketing or sales operations.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (high EQ).
  • Technical product or application experience is considered an asset.
