Key Responsibilities:
Manage facility rentals, schedules, and equipment operations.
Recruit, train, and supervise part-time and seasonal staff.
Oversee facility maintenance, supplies, and contracted cleaning.
Develop and market programs, events, and rental opportunities.
Manage winter outdoor ice rink operations and rental equipment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Parks & Recreation or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in parks and recreation or a related field.
Supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.
