Position Title: Human Resources Manager
Reports To: General Manager Location: Durham, NC
Work Hours: 40+ hours Full-Time Salary Range: $80k + Performance Bonuses (6 Figure Earning Expected)

You will help source, recruit, hire, and onboard the best talent for JD Service Now while performing a variety of human resources, administrative and clerical tasks.

The Big Task
You will help source, recruit, hire, and onboard the best talent for JD Service Now while performing a variety of human resources, administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Sub Tasks
- Partner with management to ensure strategic human resource goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Consult with the leadership team to determine competencies required to perform the jobs.
- Proactively source candidates utilizing multiple tools including but not limited to job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Oversee and perform HR related paperwork and oversee company benefits.
- Manage the staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, open houses, hiring, & on boarding.
- Develop understanding of industry trends as well as competitive pressures/opportunities.
- Manage the applicant tracking software to ensure it is being optimized and to manage timely communication with candidates.
- Proactively seek out ideas to reduce employee turnover.
- Develop relationships in the community and schools to reinforce the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Help shape company culture by carrying out agreed upon Company Core Values & Code of Ethics.
