With focus on DE&I, the Recruiting Manager reports to the Director of HR, provides leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to support hiring managers with their staffing goals. The Recruiting Manager will also be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for all talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of HR to develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Manage any internal or external recruiters or agencies related to recruiting and hiring.
- Partner with Director of HR and HR Manager facilitate the execution of the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provides support and guidance to UA managers and other staff specific to compensation, succession plans, and comparable offers for new hires and current employees.
- Responsible for accuracy, maintenance, and upkeep of all electronic and physical recruitment files, staying mindful or any global general data protection regulations.
- Assist Director of HR with compensation structure to ensure budgeting and hiring is coordinated with the company's compensation philosophy and communicate as needed with hiring managers.
- Responsible for management of hiring pipeline and budget upkeep specific to headcount planning.
- Champion the UA's efforts to improve our diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) through participation in diverse organizations to source candidates from all walks of life and backgrounds.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices specific to recruiting activities.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources talent acquisition.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of recruiting experience; strong technical recruiting experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and maintain strong, effective partner relationships.
- Proficient with Greenhouse, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite or related software
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.
