This position requires a strong collaborator who can deliver an exceptional experience to candidates, recruiters, and internal teams throughout the hiring process. Reporting to Recruiting Manager.

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is:
$75,000-$97,000 USD

Responsibilities:
- Serve in a highly visible role with regular interaction across employees and candidates.
- Balance responsibilities as both a strong coordinator and an enthusiastic supporter of recruiting operations.
- You'll be a thought partner in the ideation and execution of process enhancements alongside our recruiting team
- Facilitate onsite, virtual interviews, including but not limited to technical assessments, panel presentations, and travel arrangements
- Create and maintain interview plans within the ATS (Greenhouse), partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure appropriate information is in the system
- Process all incoming invoices for the Recruiting team
- Recruitment and project support when time permits and as needed, including but not limited to reviewing inbound applicant flow, initial outreach to candidates, provide updates while providing best in class customer service
- Oversee the candidate experience, manage relationships with staffing agencies, and coordinate the contingent labor process.
- Work closely with team to improve upon existing process and programs
- Assist in recruiting projects on an as needed basis
- Opening roles through different job boards/platforms
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or related in a fast-paced environment (preferably corporate or startup environment)
- Experience with MS Office and Zoom
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS (or similar applicant tracking systems).
- Proven experience in maintaining proactive, timely, and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and interviewers throughout the coordination process
- Demonstrated experience working in a deadline driven ambiguous environment
- Ability to embrace change and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with limited supervision
- Familiarity with Greenhouse reporting, Power BI or similar data/reporting tools.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and across various levels of the organization.

- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
