About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our team of remote recruiters in an Account Management function. This role is crucial in supporting our mid-market to enterprise growth accounts. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing diverse teams and possess strong recruitment knowledge, with excellent account management skills being a significant plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key business stakeholders. Understand client needs and ensure the recruitment strategy is aligned to meet these needs effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of remote recruiters. Ensure the team meets their recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the needs of mid-market to enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Track team performance against recruitment targets and metrics. Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members to foster growth and development.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruiting to remain competitive and innovative.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate remote teams.
  • Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote setting.
