- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet client staffing needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct Leadership Tactical Meetings with key leadership team members to discuss short-term strategies, tactical plans, and present weekly results regarding the cluster's performance.
- Handle daily administrative and managerial tasks, including email and Slack checks, to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and review daily operational audit reports to ensure compliance with HubSpot Workable and RCRM standards and identify any areas of concern.
- Provide regular updates on existing processes or introduce new processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, such as Salary Guide updates and Tools and Software Updates.
- Validate and define salary ranges for roles requested by the recruitment team and clients.
- Coordinate project updates within the cluster, tracking progress, addressing challenges, and adjusting timelines as needed.
- Conduct Daily Check-In Admin Tasks to ensure the team's daily tasks are on track and address any pending matters.
- Facilitate weekly Cluster Meetings to discuss progress, align goals, and address team-specific challenges or needs.
- Organize special end-of-the-week meetings or gatherings for the Emerald Cluster, involving informal discussions, team-building activities, or celebratory events.
- Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with team members on a monthly basis to discuss individual performance, career goals, personal development, and provide feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot and Workable preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
