Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Manager at Meneses Law, you will lead the recruitment efforts to build a high-performing and diverse workforce. You'll be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, driving candidate engagement, and collaborating with department heads to meet the company's hiring goals. You will lead by example, motivate the recruitment team, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's growth objectives and values.

You will lead by example, motivate the recruitment team, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's growth objectives and values.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and maintain high performance.
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to build a pipeline of top talent for hard to fill positions.
- Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on hiring needs and candidate selection.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time to fill.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and increase diversity in talent pools.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software to streamline the recruitment processes.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract high quality candidates.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven success leading recruitment teams and hitting targets.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Experience with large-scale hiring and external recruiting partners.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems.

- Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, training, and compensation)

- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years in recruitment with 2+ years in managerial role.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education/ Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
Communication Skills:
- Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents. English/ Spanish bilingual oral communication is a must.
Reasoning Skills:
- Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
Physical Demands:
- This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
Other skills:
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays, per month. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company need.
