Job Description:

- Provide occupational therapy services focusing on mental health.
- Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
- Participate in 2-4 weeks of orientation, scheduled Wednesday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for Initial Skills Training.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Develop individualized therapy plans to meet patients' specific needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Engage with patients and families to educate and provide resources for mental health management.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
