Reports to: Global Client Lead
Location: Toronto- This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week in office

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role combines strategic, client, team, and overall business leadership and will report to the overall Global Client Lead. This role will have responsibility for the health and growth of the client partnership; for the delivery of our work across the Canada Region; and being a respected thought leader and collaborate with various marketing partners, other client category leads, and other agency partners

As the Canada Market Lead you will work closely with the Americas Regional Lead to manage operations in the Canada Region. You'll identify opportunities to improve process and streamline ways of working. You will oversee a team of Account Managers, and be responsible for the Canada agency output. You will also be required to work closely with the Production Hub team and have oversight of their output in Canada.

You'll work closely with the other America's Market Leads (US and LATAM) and are responsible for tenure, profitability and growth of clients and building a sustainable model to deliver this. You also contribute to further opportunities for growth with a strong grasp of our services and capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and deepen client relationships across Canada regions
  • Drive client satisfaction
  • Ensure clarity of responsibilities with other agency partners, and strong working partnerships
  • Nurture strong relationships with the client and have a deep understanding of their business and brands.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Client's business and their requirements to develop marketing and strategic direction.
  • Set expectation and track performance against global and local revenue growth
  • Create seamless workflow within and across teams and locations
  • Tight partnership and productive working relationship with creative, strategy and other leads
  • Set team and employee performance goals and development plans


REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years of Account Management experience, ideally within an agency setting
  • CPG Beauty, Skin, or Wellness industry experience within the Canada Market
  • Experience working on various types of marketing (print, video, digital and web)
  • Revenue Management skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with internal teams and external clients
  • Drive to deliver innovation and effective application of technologies
  • Ability to drive high volume projects
  • Curiosity for continued improvement
  • Strong use of data for optimization (effectiveness and efficiency)
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations
  • Willingness to wear many hats while giving team members autonomy and support
