We are currently seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our team to enhance our market presence and drive sales growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying business opportunities within the region. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting product presentations, and representing Ironwear at industry events and trade shows. As a Regional Account Manager, you will work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure a thorough understanding of our offerings, enabling you to provide exceptional service to our clients and help them meet their safety needs.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Regional Account Manager or similar sales role in the PPE industry
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to improve sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
