Directs Parts and Service Managers for their respective region in regard to strategy, planning, and sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Leads the development and deployment of an Aftermarket strategy and long-term plans which integrates the business' values, mission, resources and goals.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth strategies.
- Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors effective Aftermarket processes across all locations to ensure consistent internal and external customer satisfaction as well as efficiencies.
- Responsible for training Managers in industry leading practices to insure accurate sales history for inventory purposes.
- Works closely with Regional Sales Management to insure aligned goals and practices for achieving company goals.
- Achieves goals outlined by Leadership Team.
- Communicates with all team members, appropriate turnaround time relative to appraisal complexity and quality appraisal administration are essential.
- Ensures appropriate communication with customers, staff, other departments and John Deere personnel.
- Support management in the pursuit of corporate policies, plans, goals, and long-term objectives.
- Foster a great place to work environment, encouraging accountability, open communication, teamwork, and a commitment to serving the customer.
- Participate in all business and/or department activities related to ensuring the customer experience is positive.
- 3 or more years of experience in a management position is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associates degree is preferred.
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Ability to answer questions about parts the customer might have.
- Understanding of mechanical and technical terms.
- Knowledge of parts operating systems preferred.
- Interpersonal skills are needed when dealing with customers and co-workers.
- Should be service oriented and always be willing to assist the customer.
- Strong leadership skills are required to offer direction or opinions when needed.
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
- Vast understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
- Valid Driver's License required.

Working Conditions
