The Regional Clinical Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Clinical Specialist and Regional Clinical Specialist teams within a designated region. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, you'll collaborate with the Sales Director and Account Managers with supporting and executing strategic objectives at both regional and territory levels. This role plays a key part in training, onboarding, and supporting the professional development of clinical team members to ensure high standards of clinical competency. Additionally, this role is instrumental in supporting new customer acquisition, providing clinical education, and ensuring effective case coverage for customer needs, all of which contribute to achieving regional sales goals and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop clinical team members to support strategic goals in alignment with field leadership priorities.
- Recruit, retain, and motivate clinical specialists within the region through clear communication, supportive leadership, and goal-setting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, decision-makers, customers, and administrative staff.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance for proper product usage to ensure consistent procedures and positive clinical outcomes.
- Address and resolve any clinical issues related to product use, reporting key concerns to the Regional Sales Director. Provide additional training if necessary for optimal product use.
- Oversee onboarding and clinical training for new field personnel, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet customer needs.
- Deliver education and training programs for physicians, hospital staff, and company personnel, staying current on clinical data and industry trends.
- Maintain awareness of competitive products and industry trends, positioning the company's offerings effectively within the market.
- Coordinate and facilitate local training programs, procedural troubleshooting, and in-service sessions for clinical staff.
- Serve as the regional expert for interventional technology procedures, leading simulation and training activities.

Qualifications+ Education:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in a health science field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RN, RCIS, RCSA, RVMS) are required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical support within the medical device industry, with a focus on interventional and structural cardiology.
- Significant experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or as a scrub nurse/technician in structural heart procedures.
- Leadership or managerial experience within a clinical team (3+ years preferred).
- Experience in interventional cardiology or electrophysiology in clinical or commercial roles (3+ years preferred).
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and team development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence clinicians and support staff.
- Proficiency in presenting product value propositions and clinical information persuasively.
- Analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to understand the impact of products on healthcare costs.
- High attention to detail, with proficiency in maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in clinical education and training is preferred.
- Strong team player who values collaboration with internal teams and customers.
