Location: Tennessee & New Jersey (Primarily Tennessee Travel)

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical reimbursement oversight and support to facility MDS teams
- Conduct audits, training, and education to ensure accuracy and compliance in MDS and PDPM practices
- Monitor reimbursement practices and support process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with facility leadership to improve care planning and quality metrics
- Stay current with CMS guidelines and regulatory changes, and ensure consistent implementation across facilities
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license
- Minimum 3 years of MDS Coordinator experience required
- Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, PDPM, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement
- Knowledge and understanding of the PAE (Pre-Admission Evaluation) process for Tennessee Medicaid
- Familiarity with CMS Quality Measures and how they impact clinical outcomes and reimbursement
- Regional or multi-site experience preferred
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Tennessee, with occasional travel to New Jersey
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
