Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations across a portfolio of multi-family properties, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional resident experiences.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and support property managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, expense management, and revenue strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Resident Satisfaction: Drive resident engagement and retention efforts by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement growth opportunities, including occupancy improvements, pricing strategies, and service enhancements.
- Sales and Marketing: Work closely with leasing and marketing teams to drive occupancy, enhance visibility, and refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in multi-family housing, real estate, property management, or hospitality, with a proven ability to manage diverse portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving financial results, and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong business acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, real estate, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
