As a Regional Director of Rehabilitation, you'll step into a healthcare management leadership role that goes beyond just being in charge - it's about inspiring others and making a meaningful impact. Qualifications:

• Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Managed Care/Case Management experience required, ISNP experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of therapy management experience, multi-site management preferred
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.
