Description

Jet Health, Inc. is seeking a strategic, experienced, and performance-driven Regional Director of Sales (RDS) to lead and develop our home health sales teams across multiple markets. This senior-level role is responsible for driving regional growth, managing performance, and ensuring the consistent execution of sales strategies aligned with company goals. The Regional Director of Sales will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, field sales teams, and operational leaders to enhance market presence, maximize referral relationships, and strengthen team capabilities. In addition, this leader will oversee onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives to build a high-performing, mission-driven sales culture.

Requirements

  • Provide direct leadership and strategic oversight to Care Navigators across assigned territories, with a focus on performance, accountability, and growth.
  • Partner with Executive Directors and operational leaders to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with market-specific needs and business goals.
  • Oversee and continuously refine the onboarding and training of new sales representatives to ensure rapid integration, confidence, and productivity.
  • Conduct regular field visits and ride-alongs to evaluate sales execution, provide coaching, and reinforce standards of excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, referral patterns, and competitive dynamics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to increase community education, market visibility, and referral source engagement to drive sustained admission growth.
  • Mentor and develop high-potential sales talent through individualized coaching and career planning.
  • Drive accountability for meeting and exceeding sales metrics, including admissions, referral conversions, and territory coverage.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and operational leaders to ensure messaging alignment, brand consistency, and superior customer experience.
  • Participate in strategic planning with senior leadership to shape regional sales initiatives and contribute to organizational growth strategy.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably within home health, hospice, or a related healthcare field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing multi-site or multi-market sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and performance targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to developing others.
  • Deep understanding of home health services, referral networks, and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; comfort with performance metrics and CRM and EMR (HCHB) reporting, benchmarking, and tools.
  • Professional presence and communication skills suitable for engaging with executive leadership, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel regionally to provide in-market leadership and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
