The non-negotiables:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree preferred
- Two years of general management in long-term care or related field
- A successful track record indicating a working knowledge of regulations relating to managing an assisted living community
- Three years of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc
- Must have valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with pets
- Willing to demonstrate passion and ability to work with people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related diseases
What you'll be doing:
- The Regional Director of Sales will report directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing
- Responsible for ensuring coordinated world-class sales and marketing efforts are in place in their assigned territory
- Train and orient new sales associates
- Assist in developing a comprehensive and coordinated effort with their counterparts within Silverado
- Providing sales management development to the community Administrators in their assigned territory and using external and internal data to assist the communities in creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to grow census
