What You'll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a regional private banking strategy aligned with our goals.
- Team Management: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Private Bankers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Performance Excellence: Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and provide ongoing coaching.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth clients, providing tailored advice and solutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement effective risk management practices.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Training and Development: Participate in all required compliance training and support team development.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in private banking and wealth management.
- Strong understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced degrees or designations (MBA, JD, CFA, CFP) preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Focused on business development and client service.
- Effective sales leadership and negotiation skills.
Position Type:
- Full-time position with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.
Travel:
- Up to 25% travel required.
