Central Transport is currently seeking a Regional Director of Operations in Texas We are seeking an aggressive, forward-thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $120,000-$150,000/yr + lucrative bonus structure

Shift: Normal business hours M-F 0700-1700; flexible to alternative shifts based on need

Travel: 25-50%

Duties Include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing a region of 10-15 terminals and their staff.
  • Implementing training plans for new members of management within the region.
  • Working with HR to hire, retain, and develop top talent within the region.
  • Ensure regional KPI's are being met and/or exceeded
  • Setting expectations for Terminal Managers and their staffs in terms of operational efficiency, adherence to company policy, and more
  • Handling performance reviews and disciplinary action for high level office personnel


The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • 5-10 years of LTL experience, preferably at Terminal Manager level or above
  • Knowledge of full-cycle LTL operations
  • Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An aggressive and competitive nature to drive service goals
  • The confidence to set expectations and ensure they are being met
  • Superior communication skills - including listening, speaking/writing, and computer literacy
  • College degree preferred but not required
