Embark on an exhilarating journey as a Regional Facilities Manager with JLL in Arizona! This unique opportunity allows you to be at the helm of managing multiple high-profile facilities across Arizona and Nevada. As the maestro of facility operations, you'll orchestrate a symphony of tasks, from ensuring critical equipment maintenance to championing sustainability initiatives.

Here is some of what you will do as a Regional FM:
  • Oversee and manage approximately 16 sites throughout Arizona and Nevada, requiring weekly travel.
  • Ensure all critical equipment vendor preventive maintenance is completed as per schedule, focusing on Life Cycle Asset Maintenance.
  • Measure and manage client feedback, conducting formal and informal relationship meetings with contacts.
  • Spearhead standardization of Service Level Provisions, supporting site and JLL Sourcing initiatives to consolidate vendors and standardize SLAs and scopes of work.
  • Provide visionary leadership and technical assistance to maintenance, utility, and services functions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all services, including janitorial, grounds, waste management, and project development.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and health standards within managed facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Establish and promote a "Safety First" culture, improving safety performance through increased awareness and behavior change.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives, including demand response, recycling programs, and special events.
  • Manage employee performance, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including budget management, variance analysis, and capital improvement planning.


What you will bring to the table:

Required
  • 8+ years of facilities management experience
  • Extensive experience with presentations and client interface
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
  • In-depth knowledge of buildings and engineering
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Experience in managing and developing staff


Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • FMP or PMP certification


Pay $147,000+ depending on experience, with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary.
