About the Role:

As the Regional Head of Healthcare Finance, you will oversee all aspects of the finance department, ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Oversight: Manage and safeguard the hospitals investments while ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of financial reports, audits, and budgets.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of regulatory standards and ensure adherence to financial, billing, and reporting procedures.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement systems that enhance financial integrity and support long-term growth.
  • Decision Support: Guide the implementation and ongoing operation of decision support systems.
  • Audit Readiness: Plan and prepare for year-end audits by public accounting firms and third-party auditors.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Required
    • Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Preferred
  • Certification: CPA Preferred
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of for-profit hospital experience
    • At least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Skills:
    • Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-stress environment
