What You'll Do:

As a valued member of the broader Retail Leadership team, you will be relied upon to coach and inspire teams to deliver experiences that build customer loyalty and guide the development of your talent pipeline. Because each region operates in multiple unique communities, your job is complex and challenging. You lead your team to maintain peak performance, even working side by side with them. As each banking center experiences sustained growth through constant change, you continually refocus your teams on providing a quality experience for each customer in the region. You analyze key metrics, including customer and associate feedback, and provide guidance for each banking center to achieve market goals. Bridging retail with other business partners across CBMW, you combine executive vision with field execution to contribute to the success of Central Bank of the Midwest.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Scorecard Results
  • Execute on Retail strategies through consistent and proactive leadership, coaching, planning and sales management


  • Leadership Effectiveness
  • Lead and coach associates through identifying opportunities for individual and team development
  • Partner proactively with Human Resources, Learning Development and the senior leadership team to align your team with CBMW strategic objectives, address development and/or performance challenges and drive business outcomes


  • Efficient Operations
  • Analyze key metrics, including stakeholder feedback, and provide guidance to banking centers to achieve market goals
  • Acquire and maintain the necessary working knowledge to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, regulations and organizational policies

Requirements

You've Got This:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a retail banking environment
  • Minimum of five years demonstrated success in roles with progressive responsibility
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build strategic partnerships across business lines
  • Commitment to the organization's core values
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
