The Regional Manager, Franchise Support requires a dynamic performer with a high level of business acumen to support the franchisee Service Centres located in the BC / Prairie Regions. Critical to the overall success would be developing and implementing action plans and to work as a liaison to support Belron's overall strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for providing coaching and development to franchisee Service Centres to drive bottom line and performance indicators. You will rely on your ability to develop and maintain relationships and great communication skills to support franchisors and their teams in their day-to-day operation

Your role at a glance:
  • Provide business direction and alignment to influence franchisees in maximizing profitability of their Service Centre (SC) by ensuring the execution of operational excellence, financial performance, and world class customer service (NPS) complies with all of Belron's standards.
  • Provide support, guidance, and coaching to our franchisees on best practices to achieve expected performance levels of their Service Centre in an assigned geographic area in relation to the company's KPIs, sales, profitability, etc.
  • First point of contact between Belron Canada and its franchisees regarding the implementation of new programs, projects, new practices, and training.
  • Implement business growth by identifying potential operational opportunities for improvement and provide training to strengthen franchisees.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships and leadership with our franchisees, including being proactive in resolving internal and external issues/conflicts that may arise.
  • Ensure the franchisee consistently adheres to our practices and complies with rules established by the franchisor.


Who you are:
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University degree in business or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proven track record in developing, implementing and executing strategies.
  • Well-developed communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and build great relationships.
  • Strong ability to follow up timely with internal / external customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Flexibility regarding travel and hours of operation.
  • Computer literate with utilization of MS office systems.
  • Point of Sale (POS) experience.
  • Automotive and/or retail industry experience would be an asset.
  • Glass installation knowledge would be an asset.


Range of pay for a Regional Manager, Franchise Support is between $95,000 - $120,000 per annum.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the range of pay. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Speedy Glass also offers benefits upon hire and a pension plan (with the option for matching) after 3 months.
