- Position Summary
- The Regional Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the regional office. Responsible for supervising and managing a team of case managers and nurses that provide case management services to individuals enrolled in the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program. Leads and supervises all business development efforts in the assigned region. Establishes and maintains key relationships with DCH and GHCA personnel and serves as an ambassador of SJCHS. Assists with financial and resource planning and management of the regional office. Completes all required reports for internal and external purposes as needed. Educates staff and maintains compliance with DCH and SJCHS policies and procedures of the regional office.

- Bachelors of Nursing - Preferred
- Experience
- 2-3 Years Social Work - Preferred
- 2-3 Years Nursing - Preferred
- Additional Experience Information - Experience with Medicaid Waiver programs is preferred.

- Core Job Functions
- Supervise and manage a team that conducts nursing assessments and provides traditional and enhanced case management services. Assist team with strategic care planning, problem solving, patient issues, document management, and resource management. Provide initial and ongoing education and training to staff.
- Educate staff on all applicable DCH and SJCHS policies and procedures. Implement, manage and maintain compliance of all DCH and SJCHS policies and procedures. Maintain relationships with DCH, AAA and key staff from supporting organizations to remain educated on all program updates. Participate in programmatic planning and policy development as needed. Assist with management of QA/QI initiatives.
- Develop strategic plans an initiatives to expand the services across the approved service area. Establish key contacts and relationships in the service area to generate referrals. Assist with the development and procurement of marketing materials. Continuously work to increase community awareness of the programs and services we provide. Guide and manage marketing efforts performed by the case management team.
- Assist with annual budget creation and management. Identify, manage and assist with procurement of all resources needed for optimal office operation.
- Manage all program specific and operational data. Generate reports at least monthly to accurately reflect the status of the programs.
