We have a great opportunity to work directly with Ownership, Development, and the Property Management team as we grow our footprint of Brand-New Class A luxury lease ups in the Region.
Fore Property Company, a privately held and growing national development and property management company, is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead, manage and oversee our properties in the Florida market.
The Regional Property Manager will have a proven track record, be able to provide competent and effective leadership, ensuring the growth and success of the communities, as well as employees, while maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of each portfolio. The Regional Property Manager will have a proven track record, be able to provide competent and effective leadership, ensuring the growth and success of the communities, as well as employees, while maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of each portfolio. Additional responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Full accountability for asset appearance
- Be a motivator, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager
- Maximize the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the community
- Full accountability of annual budget, maintenance operations, property operations, and reporting
- Collections
- Maintaining occupancy levels as per goals established by ownership
- Collaboration/coordinating all advertising/marketing tools
- Providing superior customer service
- Effective and results driven leadership
- Clear understanding of your target market and increase traffic and closing percentages
- Provide leadership, guidance and delegate priority tasking to staff to ensure compliance with company policy, procedure
- Supervise, train and coach on site staff
- Personally, adheres to and holds all team members accountable in the compliance of all company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property management in a Regional Property Manager or Director role required.
- Minimum 3 years recent experience working with new construction class A market-rate lease ups required.
- Must have strong experience with new construction class A market-rate, conventional, and affordable properties
- Must have experience at the Regional level overseeing a minimum of 1,000 units
- College degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in leading effective teams, increasing occupancy, maintaining strong retention percentages, increasing revenue growth, and mastering delinquency.
- Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis.
- Knowledge of computer systems is a must.
- Strong asset/portfolio management and operational experience.
- Exceptional leadership, management, and coaching capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- The position will require regular travel to our Class A market-rate communities within the portfolio.
