Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Regional Manager on our Clinic Services team. The Regional Manager oversees operational aspects of multiple clinics in assigned geographic region in order to achieve Timeliness, Quality, and Customer Service goals and objectives. Responsible for attaining financial goals of assigned clinics and supporting overall department objectives. Collects, analyzes and prepares operational and financial reports for continuous improvement. This regional manager will oversee four of our clinics in Texas and one in Louisiana. This includes San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Weslaco, Houston and Leesville.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hiring staff, performance management, setting and communicating expectations, and onboarding new employees
- Coach, mentor and train employees for professional growth and development
- Participate in and/or lead cross-functional team projects at all levels as assigned
- Implement and contribute to the development of policies, procedures, goals and objectives
- Participate in annual preparation of budgets and ensure assigned clinics are operating with fiscal responsibility
- Participate in Provider lifecycle activities; including physician recruitment, orientation, operational support, performance management, and retention
- Responsible for facility compliance with established regulatory, operational and safety standards
- Responsible for engagement and retention of staff
- Support new clinic startups as needed
- Responds to customer complaints working with appropriate client representative
- Ability to earn and maintain clinical training/certifications as required by current and future contracts
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Administration from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
- Minimum 7 years of supervisory/management experience in a medical/clinical environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification
- Must be able and willing to complete annual Respiratory Fit testing and properly wear organizational standard respiratory protective equipment
- Valid state driver's license
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Government Clearances
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound presentation skills, in person and virtually
- Knowledge of change management practices
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of employee relations and HR practices
- Experience in Occupational Medicine or Primary Care work environment preferred
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, LVN, LPN, RN, BSN, EMT, military medic or Hospital Corpsman preferred
- Organization and multi-tasking: ability to organize, plan, and coordinate multi-tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow through
- Computer: strong knowledge of Windows environment; proficient use of Microsoft Word; EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Travel requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time or as business needs dictate
