Regional Marketing Manager

We're looking for a performance-driven Regional Marketing Manager to spearhead integrated marketing efforts across the New England region. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing campaigns and working cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition, boost retention, and elevate brand visibility. You'll serve as a key marketing partner to regional leadership, collaborating closely with executive teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years overseeing regional or multi-location marketing efforts with proven results in lead generation and revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing methods, including SEO/SEM, email, paid media, social media, and offline strategies
• Proven track record in turning business goals into marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking performance metrics, interpreting data, and optimizing ROI
• Proficient in marketing tools such as CRMs, analytics platforms, marketing automation systems, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platforms like ServiceTitan or other field service management tools
• Working knowledge of creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign
• Background in private equity-backed or high-growth businesses

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
