Description:

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the Empire for Business customer install experience by partnering with local market installation and operations teams and corresponding sales personnel to ensure all customer and company expectations, policies and procedures are routinely followed. When executed, the Regional Ops Manager will ensure market installation teams are engaged and interacting with Empire for Business partners to improve the overall customer experience, fostering positive working relationships and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best-practices. The Regional Ops Manager will have P&L responsibilities, accountable for install pipeline revenue while managing installation cost controls to maximize Empire for Business profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate employee engagement and positive installation outcomes by providing clarity of vision and expectations to maximize customer retention.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to drive a positive customer experience through rigorous adherence to installation process standards.
  • Utilize data, reporting and related systems to identify performance trends and respond as needed to ensure goals and customer expectations are satisfied.
  • Provide technical installation guidance to maintain a high level of quality and timely service.
  • Monitor activities within region and collaborate with Operations and Sales to recommend and implement best practices.
  • Prepare and present installation quality performance reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Participate in installation pipeline forecasting and perform P&L installation analysis to ensure region meets its profitability commitments.
  • Promotes all aspects of install quality performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring the right level of responsiveness, control and loop-back.
  • All other duties assigned or as required.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10 years of verifiable commercial sales and sales management experience and demonstrated success in a regional leadership role.
  • Experience developing customer service/quality programs to help improve the customer experience.
  • Knowledge of process improvement concepts and measuring quality.
  • High level of organization and analytical skills and ability to use business key metrics to drive accountability and change.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills; Able to effectively communicate with various levels of management and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to work quickly and create interim solutions until permanent tool/process is available

    Salary: 120K
