This position is an extended arm of the Global Project Implementation Team responsible for project implementation and digital product promotion in North and South America. The candidate will have to drive digital product implementation in regional offices in line with corporate direction and communicate with customers, vendors, and customs on regional requirements for process and system integration.

Job Responsibilities:
- Regional EDI Project Implementation - Implement EDI integration with customers, vendors, and customs for corresponding region group to meet with customer requirements, optimize internal operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- eService Promotion and Implementation - Promote and implement eProducts to customers and vendors to create value to customers and improve operation efficiency in line with strategic direction.
- Global Project Implementation - Work closely with regional driver and team to implement IRIS-4 and experiment products to regions based on GPIT work plan.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of working experience in project implementation and EDI/API integration projects or similar education consideration
- Basic shipping knowledge required
- EDI/API knowledge, basic knowledge in data analytics tool required
- Work experience in shipping or logistics industry is a plus
