DAY TO DAY AS A REGIONAL RETAIL MANAGER
As a Regional Retail Manager at Marucci Sports, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple retail stores within your assigned region which ranges from Arizona to Pennsylvania and will require 25-50% travel. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, training and coaching store staff, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness. You will play a crucial role in maximizing sales and profitability while upholding our commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience.
