Description:
- Develop Sales Strategy: In collaboration with the Marketing and Sales leadership team, develop and execute a robust sales strategy for your assigned territory. Focus on expanding market share and increasing revenue across Component Overhaul, Engine Services, and the Leasing Program.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and cultivate strong business relationships with current and potential customers. Identify and engage key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations to optimize sales opportunities.
- Sales Execution: Conduct sales calls and site visits. Engage in customer meetings and perform other sales and marketing functions as needed to drive sales goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with program management, sector teams, and relevant business units to align customer needs with our capabilities. Ensure seamless communication and execution of service delivery.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for both program and non-program customers, ensuring that individual customer profitability and satisfaction are maximized. Take a lead role in resolving any accounts receivable issues that may arise.
- Market Intelligence: Provide timely feedback to Operations teams regarding customer needs, market conditions, and competitive activities. This includes contributing to the development of strategic business plans, marketing initiatives, and sales forecasts.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate customer management databases. Provide regular oral and written reports to management on customer needs, concerns, interests, market situations, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Event Participation: Represent PHI MRO Services at industry trade shows, sales meetings, marketing workshops, and other special events. Utilize these opportunities to network and promote our services.
- Administrative Duties: Complete administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, budgets, and other sales projections, within established deadlines.

As a Regional Sales Director at PHI MRO Services, you will own and drive the sales strategy for our comprehensive service offerings, including Component Overhaul, Engine Services, Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Completions and/or upgrades, Leasing Programs, and any other present or future PHI MRO capabilities in your respective region. You will manage and optimize the customer sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability targets, ensuring that PHI MRO Services remains a leader in the helicopter maintenance, repair, and overhaul industry for the region you are assigned.
