We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing, leading and building Beekman 1802's skin and body care business within an assigned territory. The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales and increase rank within the West Coast of the United States but reside in Los Angeles, California.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales at the store level within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular quality in-store visits and closely partner with retailer store management to generate business opportunities and brand support
- Achieve and adhere to budgetary spend commitments: financial responsibility inclusive of team and personal T&E and freelance spend to maximize ROI of spend
- Develop and educate an effective freelance sales team within assigned territory, managing performance effectively to ensure goal attainment and positive ROI
- Create strategic action plans to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals inclusive of monthly call cycles for all doors within your territory
- Consistently analyze business and communicate with leadership and Sales Manager on the successes/opportunities
- Develop relationships with management to ensure support and follow-through in-store
- Report sales results and action plans on a weekly basis to the VP of Key Accounts
- Execute corporate strategies and align your team to drive successful launches, events, and promotions
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of all products as well as ingredients to serve as an education liaison to the retailer and customer
- Exceed event expectations and sales goals within the region
- Monitor all store-level performance for merchandising and stock levels within the assigned territory
- Partner with the Manager of Sales to schedule education needs
- Exemplify company image guidelines and reinforce them with ATCs and Freelance staff

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of beauty field leadership experience required (such as Account Executive, Regional Manager role) with at least 2 years of experience within the West Coast and proven sales results
- A passion and understanding of skincare and a customer's skin needs
- Ability to build positive business relationships with store management and employees
- Must possess strong managerial skills with the ability to coach and train with an emphasis on sales, learning, and retention
- Strategic critical thinker with high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Strong, clear communication skills
- Experience with building and managing a freelance team to sales plan achievement
- Experience managing monthly budgets for freelance, Account Coordinators, and T&E budgets
- Must possess the technical skillset to drive business results in assigned territory, including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and other similar programs
Other Qualifications:
- Must have a reasonable commute to assigned home store
- Ability to support in-store 4 days per week, with 30 hours per week in-store. Up to 25% overnight travel may be required
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours to support business needs
- Reliable transportation to perform visits to all doors within the defined territory
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day in-store
- Valid Driver's License Required with satisfactory MVR
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs
- Ability to sit, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach overhead
