Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy hunter to join our fast-paced, high-growth
software sales team. Responsibilities include management of the entire sales process from
account identification, penetration through successful deployment and consistently meeting or
exceeding assigned goals. The Target market segment will include large banks in the US and
candidates with prior relevant experience will be preferred. The role also requires working
with organization network of global system integrators and candidates with experience of
selling solutions that include both products and professional services will be an ideal fit for
this role.
Work as an individual contributor and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and
closing opportunities in both existing accounts and new logos
Identify, connect, and build relationships with key decision makers across multiple
departments
Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects, partners and clients to ensure
maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business
Create detailed, strategic target account plans, including partner/ alliance strategy
Think strategically about their client's business to make and propose solutions using
organization product and services
Perform in-depth client and industry research to create compelling business cases and RFP
responses
Convincingly pitch and sell disruptive technology to senior executives
Effectively differentiate organization against competitors to both prospects and partners
Leverage cross-functional client and organization resources to successfully identify and drive
sales campaigns
Effectively manage a complex sales cycle to a successful close and win business
Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets on quarterly basis
Oversee the Billing/ Contracting/ Collection of Payment from the customer as per the
agreed terms and timeline
Requirements
Extensive sales hunting and client engagement experience
Proven experience of minimum 15 - 18 years selling enterprise software solutions to banks
and FIs'
Proven ability of forging consultative relationships with Senior decision makers at
prospects and partners
Ability to penetrate new logos and accounts
Network of existing contacts strongly desired
Strong business acumen and knowledge of technology industry trends
Ability to work collaboratively across various internal departments in different geographies
Proven experience of executing lead generation strategies in liaison with other internal
teams for demand generation
