Requirements
Mandatory experience:
Successful track record in selling enterprise software to large banks, FIs' and credit unions
Existing network of relationships in big banks and FIs' with proven ability to develop deep, trust-based portable relationships with executives and other decision makers
Penetrate new accounts and grow our existing customer base in the assigned portfolio
Good working knowledge of Banking and credit union markets in the US
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed, strategic target account plans to penetrate industry leading clients
Think strategically about their client's business and avoid selling on a feature/function basis
Understand how to position against competitors to become the only viable option
Leverage cross-functional client and company resources to successfully identify and drive sales campaigns
Perform in-depth client and industry research to create compelling business cases and RFP responses
Create and nurture partners to generate company value propositions and selling opportunities
Have experience selling disruptive technology to senior executives
Clear understanding of how to effectively manage a medium/long sales cycle to a successful close
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Business, MBA preferred
8 - 10 years of direct sales/Hunting experience to large banks, FIs' and credit unions (AUM>$35Bn.)
Proven history of achieving and exceeding quotas.
Knowledge of enterprise-wide specific solutions within a vertical market (BPM, ECM, Case Management, Automation software preferred).
Ability to negotiate to reach outcomes that gain support and acceptance by all parties
Ability to persuade and influence, using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of thoughts, plans, activities, services and products
This role requires 40 - 50% travel to client and other sites
- We are seeking a motivated sales hunter to join our fast-paced, high-growth software enterprise in the
- US.
- Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process from account identification, penetration through successful deployment and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned goals.
- This role will be assigned to our Banking and Financial Services vertical and will focus on large financial institutions (FIs').
- The ideal candidate for this position will be a consultative seller who is motivated to drive customer success within the industry.
- The successful candidate will have a successful track record in selling business applications and complex solutions with a passion for learning new technologies, building relationships and a high drive for results.
